Smoked Sweet n’ Spicy Wings Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
4 pounds (20 individual) Raw Chicken Wings

Directions

Blend all dry rub ingredients together.

Completely coat wings in dry rub and let sit out for 30 minutes.

Remove slides from Gravity Series grill. Load, Light, Set grill. Turn on and set temperature to 300˚F. Throw in apple wood chunk.

Smoke at 300˚F for about 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165˚F. Rotate halfway through.

Quicker option – Grill wings for 30 mins at 375˚F to 400˚F, turning several times.
