Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup sour cream
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
Directions
To begin, place the artichoke hearts, sour cream, spinach, garlic, onion, Parmesan, feta, milk, mayonnaise, pepper, and vinegar into a slow cooker, stirring until fully combined.
Top with cream cheese. Cover and cook for 2 hours on low heat.
Uncover and stir until the cream cheese is fully combined.
Cover and cook on high heat for 15 minutes more.
