Smoked Salsa
Ingredients
1 Lime (juiced)
1 tablespoon Cilantro
1 tablespoon Salt
1/2 Yellow Onion (diced)
3 Tomatoes (diced)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
4 Jalapeños (diced)
Suggested Wood Chips: apple
Directions
Preheat smoker to 250°F and add wood chips.
Dice all ingredients and combine in a disposable aluminum pan. Add salt. lime juice, and cilantro, stir salsa together.
Smoke for 20-30 minutes.
Chill salsa for 2 hours and enjoy!
