Slow Cooker Hawaiian Little Smokies
Ingredients
28 oz Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
1 & 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
20 oz can of pineapple chunks
1/3 cup pineapple juice from the can
1 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
Directions
Place BBQ sauce in your slow cooker. Add pineapple, and pineapple juice.
Add soy sauce and ground (or fresh grated) ginger and gently stir.
Add the smoked sausage and stir. Cover with lid
Turn slow cooker to high and cook 90 minutes. Turn slow cooker to warm once desired temperature has been reached. Serve.
