Pressure Cooker Hot Onion Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese room temperature
1 cup Swiss Cheese grated
1 cup Mayonnaise full fat
1 cup Yellow/Brown Onion grated
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in Casserole Dish. Cover tightly with foil or Silicone cover.
Add one cup of water to bottom of Pressure Cooker cooking pot. Place a Trivet in the cooking pot. Place Casserole Dish on Trivet.
Lock on Lid and close Pressure Valve. Cook at High Pressure for 15 minutes. When Beep sounds, wait five minutes and then release the rest of the pressure.
Remove Casserole Dish and place under Broiler or in Air Fryer to brown top.
