Monte Cristo Sliders
Ingredients
1 package Hawaiian Roll sliders
2 tbsp light mayo
1 pound Black forest deli ham
6 ounces Swiss cheese
1/4 cup butter melted
1 egg whisked
2 tbsp Everything Bagel Spice
1/8 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup strawberry jam or favorite flavor
Directions
Preheat oven to 375º.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, lengthwise. Remove the top portion. Spread the mayo over the entire bottom. Top with Swiss cheese. Next add ham.
Replace top bun. Brush with melted butter. Next sprinkle with Everything bagel spice. Next, brush whisked egg on top.
Bake until golden brown, about 15-18 minutes.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice to serve.
Serve with strawberry or favorite jam.
