Goat Cheese and Fig Jam Sandwiches
Ingredients
8 oz goat cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup pecans
1 small jar fig jam
8 slices mulit-grain bread or raisin bread
Directions
Soften cheeses to room temperature.
Finely chop parsley and pecans. Add to cheeses and mix to combine thoroughly.
Spread cheese mixture onto 4 pieces of bread.
Spread jam on top of cheese. Top with 4 plain pieces of bread.
Cut crusts off and slice diagonally.
