Smoked Salmon Toasts
Ingredients
1/2 c. Crème fraîche
1 tbsp. capers
4 slice pumpernickel toast
1 c. pea sprouts
8 oz. sliced smoked salmon
tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Stir crème fraîche and capers together.
Spread onto toast slices.
Place pea shoots on each toast slice.
Layer with smoked salmon.
Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper.
